LIZA CORNEJO
More than 15 years in the industry as a writer,
producer, director, editor, assistant director, stage
and production manager, performer in stage, radio,
television and film. She has received a grant from
the first batch of Cinema One Originals for the digital
film feature project SITAK which she wrote and
directed. She has been part of Bulwagang
Gantimpala productions, UP Repertory productions,
Metro Manila Film Festival awards, Ipaglaban Mo
TV series, Droga series documentary, and a
number of TV commercials and corporate video
projects. She is part of the roster of lecturers at The
Film Institute of the UP College of Mass
Communication, was formerly with the Corporate
Communications team of Kraft Foods Philippines,
taught literature and computer subjects in St.
Scholastica’s College High School where she
introduced the film elective program. She is a
graduate of A.B.Art Studies in UP Diliman, with M.A.
units from the UP College of Mass Communication.
